Electrician

We are currently seeking an experienced and qualified Electrician to join our team.

Your duties will include the following but are not limited to:

Assisting and maintaining existing solar PV systems
Performing general Electrical work
Working with others to provide assistance and training

To be successful, you will need to have:

Clean Energy Council Accreditation Preferred but not essential
A-Grade Electrician Licence
Australian Driver’s Licence
Excellent attention to detail and good written and verbal skills
Fault finding abilities
Ability to be able to work at heights
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Excellent time management, reporting and computer skills

Electrical Trades Assistant

We are currently seeking an Electrical Trades Assistant to join our team.

You will be assisting our qualified Electrician with:

Installation of solar batteries
Installation of solar panels
Servicing and maintaining existing solar PV systems
General solar electrical work

To be successful, you will need to have:

Excellent attention to detail
Ability to follow safe work practices and procedures including OHS requirements
Basic to intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel
Good self-management
Neat presentation and be customer-focused
Ability to work safely at heights
Excellent time management, reporting and computer skills
Excellent organisational and communication skills

Service & Sales Consultant

We have an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic individuals with a strong customer focus to represent one of the largest battery installers in Australia.

About the role:

Casual Employment – with high potential to become permanent
Inbound/Outbound customer position
An exciting opportunity to be a part of a new business program
Career development and progression opportunities
Lucrative commission structure
Commission paid monthly, separate to your base salary

What will you be doing?

Building rapport with customers in a friendly and professional manner
Identifying and acting on all opportunities to build trust and rapport and provide the best energy saving solutions for the customer
Endeavour to resolve customer queries on the first occasion and manage expectations correctly
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and process customer account information
Working with a new and exclusive product.

To be successful, you will be passionate about helping people and possess:

Great phone contact handling skills
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Confidence in taking ownership of difficult calls with customers in challenging and sensitive circumstances
Team player, working collaboratively to exceed expectations

Been thinking of this for many years but it was not until Ben Fordham on 2GB radio was giving you guys a really good wrap I thought maybe it’s time. Rang straight away and spoke to the very patient and enthusiastic Andrew Berry who really enthused me with the idea. After answering all my questions, I signed up. Within no time the installation was organised and work carried out. Fantastic workers! Follow up by Andrew was excellent. We trust Ben Fordham (2GB) so we were quite comfortable choosing Sunbank.

Arranged to have the “Fordham Package” installed.
Installation went without a hitch, company were in touch with me shortly after the panels were setup and running. Minor problem with being unable to connect to the monitoring site on my laptop. Company fixed it up in record time. Happy to report that all is working well now and I can monitor the electricity being used in my home and the solar energy which is being fed back to the grid resulting in residual income for me.
